Job Summary:

A Senior Executive Finance role where you will be responsible for financial accuracy and efficiency through verifying expenses, managing payments, and reconciling balances. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Verify, validate, and accurately record all expenses for Professional Tools India to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, intercompany partners, and government entities for dues and taxes, adhering to target dates.

• Coordinate with banks to facilitate seamless intercompany payments, including handling foreign exchange transactions to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Place and manage Purchase Orders with intercompany partners, ensuring all procurement activities are aligned with company policies.

• Record purchase invoices post-GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and validate the accuracy of pricing to maintain financial integrity.

• Process and verify reimbursement claims submitted by the Sales team, ensuring all claims are justified and documented appropriately.

• Generate and share outstanding reports for trade debtors, following up diligently to ensure timely receipt of payments.

• Confirm intercompany balances with partners, reconciling any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare detailed Sales and Input Tax Credit reports for consultants, facilitating accurate and timely GST return filings.

• Compile and prepare expense and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) data for consultants to assist in the accurate filing of TDS returns.

• Provide management with comprehensive sales and expense reports on a weekly and monthly basis, supporting informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with global teams to address and resolve various issues, ensuring smooth financial operations and alignment with global practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proven experience in verifying, validating, and recording financial transactions.

• Ability to manage and ensure timely payments to vendors, intercompany partners, and government entities.

• Experience in coordinating with banks for intercompany payments, including foreign exchange transactions.

• Skill in placing and managing Purchase Orders with intercompany partners.

• Proficiency in recording purchase invoices post-GRN and validating pricing accuracy.

• Experience in processing and verifying reimbursement claims from the Sales team.

• Competence in generating and following up on outstanding reports for trade debtors.

• Ability to confirm and reconcile intercompany balances with partners.

• Skill in compiling and preparing sales and expense workings for GST various tax requirements.

• Ability to provide management with comprehensive sales and expense reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
