Emerson Life Cycle Services Sales Manager in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico

The Life Cycle Services (LCS) Manager caters to all customers in Latin America Region for the maintenance of the existing installed base and optimization of their plants.

The strategic role and objective for this position are to increase FCV participation and profitably grow Latin America (LAM) KOB3 (parts, assemblies, and service) business. This includes driving strategic programs across regions including pursuing and selling depot repair and STO (shutdown, turnaround, outages) services in critical clusters and sites to achieve LAM orders target and strategic objectives.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Achieve LAM KOB3 Orders goal by working closely with the sales (internal and LBP) team to increase KOB3 demand for valve depot repair, upgrades, displacements, STO services, service and condition monitoring contracts.

  • Acquire and maintain customer STO schedules; develop and implement a sales plan for growth in services and repair parts at critical sites and bring together in Site Plans

  • Build sales team proficiency around selling services

  • Drive standard methodologies and work closely with the sales channel to ensure all quotations for service products improve Flow Controls content.

  • Conduct quarterly/monthly business review meetings with higher management and other World Area offices to provide STO’s visibility, strategic importance, priority setting and align on common goals to pursue and win the opportunities.

  • Handle effective use of CRM tool for KOB3 opportunities.

  • Leverage existing and develop new relationships with key decision-makers to effectively position Fisher as No Equal or the preferred supplier of Lifecycle services.

  • Develop and maintain quantified business results (QBRs) and share with LAM sales team to support service sales expansion.

  • Lead Site Plan proficiency development and ensure that robust plans are developed to increase KOB3 potential at critical sites

  • XBU collaboration to improve pull-through content for Emerson Automation Solutions

  • Be responsible for the monthly STO pursuit process with the sales leaders with strong focus on mentoring and growing our KOB3 scope

  • Prepare and submit monthly S&OP and POR KOB3 reporting for LAM

  • Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are technically followed with all business transactions.

  • Keep up to date with developments in products, industries, and market trends.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Engineering degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or closely related subject area

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Process and or relevant industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Fisher Flow Controls Portfolio.

  • Knowledge on Midstream, Refining and Oil & Gas, Petrochemical process, Mining, Power, Chemical and special control valve application/needs.

  • Passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Excellent Salesmanship skills- the ability to build customer relationships and influence decisions.

  • Decision Making Skills- the ability to analyze a complex situation and establish an optimum progression path.

  • Validated Partnership- the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Effective Presentation Skills- the ability to present to all levels of the organization and to customer organizations.
