Emerson Digital HCM Internship (6 months) in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

In this position you will provide assistance to Payroll System Support Analysts during support activities for the Countries live in ADP Payroll and for activities managed by Payroll Implementation Projects for new Areas in scope.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Offering support to System Support Analysts in monitoring connectivity between the Payroll applications and ensure high data accuracy transfer through the interface in place for each Payroll Area

  • Offering support for the configuration, implementation and accurate data maintenance activities in Oracle HCM and ADP External Payroll applications based on Business Unit’s requirements.

  • Supporting Business Units with payroll data loads in Oracle HCM – salary, costing, banking details

  • Helping with activities related to elements creation and configuration – elements, work schedule rules, costing details, salary basis

  • Assisting with the application functional and regression testing

  • Responding to ad hoc requests addressed both by internal teams and Business Units

Who You Are:

You solicit both input and discussion. You build the customer relationships. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree

  • Any working/ project/ volunteering experience in business support or payroll operations department

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
