Emerson Europe Talent Acquisition Partner with French in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

By joining us as a Talent Acquisition Partner with French you will have full ownership over the recruitment process through all the recruiting stages, from the strategy call meeting with the hiring manager up to on-boarding of new talents across Europe.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Establish and maintain relations with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future hiring and business needs

  • Establish the recruitment sources and perform active searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals

  • Interview and refer candidates to hiring managers in the organization (be a consultant and a partner)

  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

  • Represent the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events

  • Prepare presentations according to business need

  • Deliver Recruitment related workshops / trainings / presentations and new employee orientations

Who You Are:

You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • At least 2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience

  • Proficiency in French and English

  • Direct sourcing experience and know-how

  • Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail

  • University Degree

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Technical recruiting experience

  • Experience in a matrix organization

  • University Degree in Human Resources

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
