Emerson Technical Sales Representative with Italian in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Handle technical inquiries for the entire portfolio and the technical Requests for Quotation (RFQ).

  • Build and send offers (quotations) based on customer requests (Guidance from field sales, Sales Force, mail request, portal request) with an indication of price, delivery time, and availability; within Delegation of Authority.

  • Track offers to customers, on behalf of Salespersons.

  • Provide technical service assistance relating to application problems with our products installed in the field; provide recommended solutions/corrective actions; ensure all Customer requests are accurately handled and closed to Customer Satisfaction.

  • Generate leads for the sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities.

  • Provide internal feedback regarding customer concerns, by capturing and analyzing the broad source of information collected through Customer interactions.

For This role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering/technical field – Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering Technology

  • Proficient in English and Italian (B2-C1).

  • Two years of progressive proven experience in Fluid automation or process-related industry would be a plus!

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
