Emerson Project Manager in Doha, Qatar
Project Manager.
This role will be responsible for completing Measurement Solutions projects, ensuring customer satisfaction from kick-off to final payment. Requires familiarity with international standards and company specifications to meet quality requirements and adhere to guidelines.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Kick-off Meetings: Coordinate and lead kick-off meetings with sales teams and customers to set project expectations and objectives.
Project Scheduling: Build detailed project timeline and proactively communicate updates to all collaborators.
Profit Management: Monitor project Gross Profit (GP) and drive efforts toward profit recovery during project execution.
Risk Mitigation: Identify, document, and mitigate project risks related to schedule, budget, cost, and other factors.
Timely Execution: Ensure projects are completed time according to schedule and requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with design authorities and global factory personnel to meet customer requirements.
Global Support Teams: Facilitate smooth hand-offs to Global Support Teams for efficient and accurate completion of work.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with production scheduling, supply chain, and logistics teams for capacity planning, material availability, and inventory optimization.
Lesson Learned: Document lessons learned throughout the project cycle for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Communication: Lead commercial, financial, and trade compliance aspects within Emerson and other applicable guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Effective Communication: Be an overall effective communicator, resourceful problem solver, and collaborative great teammate.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as required to support project success.
Being familiar with international standards and company specifications is crucial for a Project Manager. It ensures that projects are completed efficiently, meet quality requirements, and align with relevant.

For this Role, You Will Need:
- 8-10 Years’ Experience in Project Management Role.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Professional Engineering Degree – Preferably Instrumentation, Electronics or Mechanical
