Emerson HelpDesk Support for Low Code/No Code Applications in Escazú, Costa Rica

The HelpDesk Support for Low Code/No Code Applications will provide technical support to our users and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and a solid background in HelpDesk operations.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide first-line technical support to users facing issues with applications developed using low code/no code platforms, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Manage and monitor recurring tasks associated with the applications, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

  • Fix and resolve issues related to the low code/no code platforms.

  • Document all Helpdesk interactions and troubleshooting steps in the issue tracking system.

  • Collaborate with the development team to call out complex issues and suggest solutions.

  • Monitor application performance and report issues to the development team.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of user guides and FAQs.

  • Conduct user training sessions on the use of low code/no code applications.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Experience in a Helpdesk role, with a solid understanding of Helpdesk operations and procedures.

  • Experience with low code/no code platforms, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform. ( Must)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
