If you are a Product Marketing professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Florham Park, New Jersey location, you will support our Global strategy by developing and executing the Americas Process plans. In addition, you will lead and grow through innovations and digital transformation initiatives, the right product, and program portfolio to gain market share and maintain healthy levels of profitability.

By joining us, you will position yourself as a strong Marketing Lead in Americas with Global coordination across other world regions and you will participate in consolidation of Americas data for Emerson global reporting activities and strategic growth programs.


  • Shape, Develop and Execute the Process Product Roadmap

  • Manage, Sustain the product portfolio

  • Develop strong promotional marketing campaigns to support Market penetration and Product launches

  • Develop and Maintain pricing strategies.

  • Provide technical support and training to sales and business development

  • Contribute to the internal annual financial growth planning process.


With a strong product marketing management expertise ideally within Process Markets. You understand evolving Digital Marketing technologies, methodologies and relate these to current business demands. Your Collaborative attitude and your ability to communicate at all levels in the organization, strongly contribute to your success. You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity! You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering

  • Strong technical acumen

  • 3 years experience in B2B marketing or relevant technical background

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States


  • MBA Preferred

  • Experience working with solenoid valves and other fluid control devices
