Emerson Project Manager (Instrumentation) in LIMA, Peru
The Project Manager is responsible to lead and handle all Project Management Office activities and contractual obligations related to Tier 2 and 3 Measurement Solutions solely‐content projects during the Execution phase, ensuring Measurement Solutions PMO feasible requirements and goals are achieved (at a minimum) and exceeded, including but not limited to: getting engaged at FEED; quotations, PMO and Perfect Execution processes & procedures, tools and good practices; customer happiness surveys, OTD, OP, WIP inventory, backlog management, Commercial Items, penalties & LD management, etc.
We are looking for a candidate who supports and collaborates with the Emerson Automation Solutions MSS, SYSS and FCTL Project Managers and Service Coordinators, in handling Tier 2+ multiple business unites. Handle complex orders with Measurement Solutions content, attending as needed the Project Manager, workable requirements and goals, which shall be achieved or exceeded.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Your are responsible for activities include but are not limited to: getting engaged at FEED; quotations, PMO and Perfect Execution processes & procedures, tools, customer happiness surveys, OTD, OP, WIP inventory, backlog management, Commercial Items, penalties & LD management, etc. Supply Chain, Project Support, Project Procurement, Legal, Check Point, etc.
Provide assistance to the organizations, in performing their activities, to develop optimized quotations, internal orders, administration, etc. Reviewing, promoting, including, etc. all good practices and content that will benefit Emerson´s execution capabilities and results.
Accountable to follow all Measurement Solutions, Legal, Trade Compliance, Check Point, Finance, Ethical, IT, etc. Emerson processes, procedures, tools, trainings, regulations, and good practices, as they are approved and required.
The MSOL Project Manager reports shown line to the Measurement Solutions Operations PMO Manager, with no dotted line to any other resource/ department.

For this role, you will need:
5 years of work experience with instrumentation and control project management and assistance (administration, engineering, planning, etc.).
Knowledge and understanding of project management goals, terminology, and process‐&‐ procedures. And contractual and commercial aspects of I&C Projects.
Shown experience with Office applications such as: MS Teams, WebEx, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Proficient in English, spoken and written.
Flexibility with business travel 10% of working time (national).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle experience is desired.
