Emerson Manager Global Response Center in Mandaluyong, Philippines

You will act as the point of contact in Manila between the businesses and all Manila activities.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To provide overall business direction and long-term strategy through goals rolled down and strategy deployment activities.

  • To implement business operations and service solutions utilizing the continuous improvement process to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the workgroup.

  • To develop and implement operational operating tools, controls, processes, and procedures that are needed within the organization.

  • To manage partner communication to ensure that pertinent laws, rules, regulations, policies, and programs in the Philippines are explained and upheld.

  • To deal effectively with customer needs, issues, and escalations and provide an efficient and reliable infrastructure to meet customer demands and service delivery.

  • To support the operational budgeting activities to help implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • To meet with team members regularly to review individual performance, provide feedback and coaching, and develop other developmental, training, and career progression plans to ensure the success of the individuals within the team.

  • To participate in goals-roll-down processes, propose activities, and set quarterly and yearly directions for the teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or other graduate-level education.

  • 5 years of experience leading teams and operations in Customer Service.

  • Experience with data extraction and analysis.

  • With industry knowledge and experience.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in business process outsourcing or shared services is a plus.
