Responsabilidades:

• Responsável pela permanente atualização do “Backlog” de Serviços da Empresa;

• Alinhar os backlogs dos Serviços de Support Request e de Atendimento em campo, com os respectivos Coordenadores de Serviços;

• Planejar e coordenar as datas das entregas dos equipamentos ao cliente;

• Atualizar as informações de datas no Oracle;

• Controlar as movimentações de estoque para o centro de serviços;

• Liderar e executar todos os processos de criação e finalização dos FSMA;

• Coordenação na elaboração do Forecast de faturamento mensal e anual (SALES) da unidade de Serviços;

• Criar Tasks dentro do Sistema Clarity, permitindo que todos os funcionários da área de Serviços consigam apontar suas horas em cada contrato/Sales Order no qual trabalharam;

• Coordenação de todos os dados necessários para montar o S&OP da área Serviços.

Requisitos:

• Formação superior em Administração ou Contabilidade;

• Domínio de Excel(Fórmulas, Tabelas Dinâmicas, Gráficos);

• Experiência em Power BI;

• Idiomas: Desejável espanhol intermediário e inglês intermediário;

• Desejável conhecimento em Oracle.
