Emerson Estagiário Planejamento Final Control in SUDESTE, Brazil
Responsabilidades:
1) Dar suporte aos planejadores nas atividades de MRP, emissão de Ordens de Compra e colocação de pedidos intercompany, e também na geração de reports da área (mensagens de cancelamento, reschedule-in e reschedule-out);
2) Dar suporte aos times de Compras e Planejamento para atender os cronogramas de entrega estabelecidos pelos solicitantes;
3) Executar, em conjunto com os planejadores, atividades de suporte e “follow-up” para manter atualizados todos os dados do sistema informatizado (Oracle x Softway);
4) Executar, em conjunto com os planejadores, as atividades de Workflow no sistema Oracle, garantindo a correta parametrização dos itens no step de Planejamento;
5) Atuar em conjunto com os planejadores e compradores nas atividades de cotações para o time de Vendas, com foco em otimização de prazos e custos, para aumentar a competitividade e viabilizar a entrada de novos pedidos.
Requisitos:
Cursando Engenharia / Administração;
Familiarizado com pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
Desejável Inglês intermediário, bom nível de raciocínio lógico e comunicação escrita.
