Emerson QHSE Manager (m/w/d) in WIEHL, Germany
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Determine the strategic direction and work priorities (in conjunction with line management) for the continuous improvement of the Germany LifeCycle Services organization
Advise line management and assists with the implementation of new or existing QHSE related legislation, rules and Company standards to include fire prevention, health and safety awareness training
Fully responsible for Company preparations for annual H&S audits and Quality Assurance management programme and systems.
Conduct HSE training to all employees throughout the Germany organisation
Act as the focal point for Customers and other third party quality audits for Emerson Final Control LifeCycle Services Germany
Lead the development and measurement of business processes for Emerson Final Control LifeCycle Services Germany
Management of documentation in Germany, including the production and maintenance of Quality Manuals, procedures and Work Instructions
Perform Quality Control checks on Emerson Final Control LifeCycle Services Germany supplier processes to ensure that the quality of material and workmanship are complying with specification and company standards
Maintain and develop the customer complaints, customer satisfaction and corrective action reporting procedures including root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures
Administer and ensure compliance with hold notes and safety notices
Carry out relevant audits of approved suppliers and outsource through the management system and processes within Emerson Final Control LifeCycle Services Germany
Facilitate and develop the Continuous Improvement Process for Emerson Final Control LifeCycle Services Germany, including preparation of management reports
Identify, develop and implement quality tools and techniques
Develop BCEC quality management support

For this position you need:
Educated to Degree level in SHEQ disciplines or equivalent
IOSH accreditation is highly desirable
Experience of operating within SHEQ role or similar, essential
Relevant membership to recognised Quality Institutes advantageous
Experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard
Proven track record of performing industry recognised audits and demonstrate experience a program of implementation
Proven experience in dealing with internal/external customers and contractors/suppliers
Ability and willingness to travel to other Emerson locations and client sites in order to fulfill the role requirements
German fluency to business standard essential
Computer literacy essential
Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications [Excel, Work and PowerPoint] essential
